Root Fx Strength Training (RST) is training that focuses on strengthening the muscles and soft tissues that have been released of their tension. It is a natural progression and allows you to reinforce the positive changes felt from learning to release tension through TRT. Strength also helps you incorporate your DCM movements more seamlessly during everyday activities. It is a vital part of the process of regaining your body's full functional capacity.
